Project, Time, Cost and Risk Management
In the diagram below, at one corner of a triangle there is the planning and coordination of large projects (or operational business management).
Projects can be handled acceptably by project management systems. However, these are often badly used and linking them to the behaviour of individuals is difficult.
At a bottom-left corner is the field of time management – helping individuals make effective use of their time. And at the bottom-right corner is the problem of billing customers or projects for individuals’ time.
Finally, in the middle of the triangle is Risk Management.
